# My Account

> Edit your business profile and personal details, change the email you sign in with, and add more businesses to your Dodo Payments account.

## Business Profile

Your business name and logo are set on your primary brand, so you edit them there.

  <Step title="Access Your Business Profile">
    Go to **Settings → Business**. In the **Brands Under \[Your Business]** panel, open the `...` menu next to your primary brand and select **Edit**.

  <Step title="Edit and Save Business Details">
    Update the details, such as the **Brand Logo** and the **Brand Name**, which is the display name your invoices show. Then click **Save Changes**.

## User Account

  <Step title="Access Your User Profile">
    Click the icon in the top-right corner, then select **Profile**. This opens **Settings → Account**.

  <Step title="Edit and Save Personal Details">
    Click **Edit Personal Details**, update your first name, last name, phone number, or profile image, then click **Save Changes**. The **Security** section on the same page holds your password and two-factor authentication settings.

## Change Your Login Email

You can change the email address you use to sign in to Dodo Payments. The change applies to all your businesses, and you verify both your current and your new email address.

    Click the icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go to Profile">
    Select **Profile** from the menu.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Account Tab">
    Make sure the **Account** tab is selected.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start the Email Change">
    Click **Change email**, read the summary of the change, and click **Continue**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Your New Email">
    Type the new email address in **New email address** and again in **Confirm email address**, then click **Continue**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify Both Emails">
    Dodo Payments sends a 6-digit code to your current email address and another to your new one. Each code is valid for 5 minutes. Enter both codes, then click **Verify**.

  <Step title="Sign In Again">
    After the change, Dodo Payments signs you out automatically. Sign in again with your new email address.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  After you change your login email, your old email address no longer works for sign-in, whether by password, magic link, or emailed code. Linked social sign-in methods, such as Google or GitHub, are unlinked. Reconnect them if you want to use them again.

<Note>
  Your password, businesses, team access, and verification status don't change. Dodo Payments sends a confirmation email to your previous address to notify you of the change.
</Note>

## Managing Multiple Businesses

If you run more than one business, you can add and verify each one from the same Dodo Payments account. Each business is a separate legal entity with its own KYC and payout account. To run another brand under the same business instead, see [Multi-Brand Setup](/features/multi-brands).

**Workflow: Add a New Business**

  <Step title="Open the Business Switcher">
    At the top of the sidebar, click your current business name. It shows a **+** icon when you have one business.

  <Step title="Select Add New Business">
    In the menu that opens, select **Add new business**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose to Add a Business">
    A panel titled **Add new business/brand** opens on the right side of the screen. Under **Add a new business**, click **Add new business**.

  <Step title="Enter the Business Details">
    Enter the **Business Name** and **Website URL**, select the country you operate from and the category of your business, then click **Add business**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete the Business Creation Process">
    Follow the on-screen prompts to finish creating the business. To accept live payments, the new business then goes through [verification](/miscellaneous/verification-process).
